PARTICIPATION

Participant should:

• to register in on-line mode at http://ismart.su/registration/participant_en.php (Регистрация участника - форма на русском)
• to submit abstracts in on-line regime at http://ismart.su/registration/thesis_en.php (Регистрация тезисов - форма на русском)
• to pay registration fee in the following amounts (or the equivalent in Belarusian rubles at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Belarus on the day of payment)

200 Euro - until September 30 - for participants and exhibitors
250 Euro - after September 30 and on site - its equivalent in Belarusian rubles at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Belarus on the day of payment at the time of registration at the conference.

Settlement accounts for fee payment here.

Participation fee includes the book of abstracts, coffee breaks, sightseeing, receptions and banquets.

For PhD students and students the registration fee is 120 Euro or the equivalent in Belarusian rubles at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Belarus on the day of payment.
For accompanying person the registration fee is 120 Euro or the equivalent in Belarusian rubles at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Belarus on the day of payment.

Participant should pay by bank transfer to the bank accounts listed on the site, or in exceptional cases - equivalent in Belarusian rubles at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Belarus on the day of payment at the time of registration at the conference desk.

Hotel accommodation, transportation and meals are paid by participants themselves.
