REGISTRATION

The procedure for registration of participants ISMART 2018 is divided into two stages:

1. Registration of participant (Регистрация участника - форма на русском)
2. Abstract submission (Регистрация тезисов - форма на русском)

Registration is held in on-line mode. After each step, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail containing the your information in on-line form. If you find a mistake, please send us the corrected information by e-mail at info@ismart.kharkov.ua (not re-fill on-line form).

Attention!!! Deadline is June 30, 2018.

In exceptional cases, registration can be done by sending an e-mail to the address: info@ismart.kharkov.ua or ismart2018@inp.bsu.by containing the following information about the participant:

• First name
• Last name
• Patronymic name
• Organization
• Degree, title
• Position
• Mailing address (full)
• E-mail
• Phone (with code)
• Fax (with area code)
• Additional (or mobile) (code)
• Title of report
• Scientific section of report
